Kate has been teaching and practising stress reduction techniques for over ten years. She is a qualified relaxation skills practitioner and meditation teacher, who also works for the Stuart Low Trust in Islington, and in mental health.
Her own past experience of long-term physical illness led her to seek a different, more gentle approach to healing and wellbeing, inspired in part by Jon Kabat-Zinn's mindfulness-based-stress-reduction programme. For more click here
Stephen Fox
Stephen Fox is a qualified psychotherapist and group facilitator with over twenty years experience. He has worked for a number of years in the mental health field, specialising in social support, as well as in private practice as a therapist and stress reduction coach.
Stephen’s interest in mindfulness and meditation began in the late 90s as an alternative to orthodox psychological treatment and today forms the core of his therapeutic work. For more click here
